Qualification Goals

This seminar deals with selected topics from the areas of strategy, organization and international management. The aim is to grasp and structure concrete problems from the field of management and to develop proposed solutions in group or individual work. For this purpose, suitable concepts and theories are to be selected and used to develop solutions. The competence to communicate and discuss proposed solutions for concrete problems both orally (in presentation) and in writing (in assignments) is to be imparted.
