''National culture'' and its significance for organizations and knowledge production; organizational culture; leadership; change management; knowledge management.


Qualification Goals

The module enables students to analyze and conduct employee leadership and knowledge management on the basis of high cultural awareness. It first points out cultural differences between countries and regions as well as organizational cultural differences between companies. On this basis, different forms and instruments of employee leadership and knowledge management are presented.
