The research seminar on organization, human resource, and knowledge management covers selected topics in the three fields and their interrelationships. A different topic is offered each semester. For example, a focus may be on the relationship between employee leadership and knowledge management or on a knowledge-intensive industry such as management consulting.
Qualification Goals
The seminar teaches skills for scientific work as well as practice-oriented knowledge of information acquisition, processing and presentation. Of particular importance is the review of research literature and scientific discourse on a selected topic as well as the critical analysis of methods and empirical results.
