Qualification Goals

This seminar takes the form of a project seminar. Concrete problems from practice are taken up and worked on with the help of scientific methods. The methodology of the project seminar includes a structured research program: The aim is to record and structure concrete problems from the field of management and to develop proposed solutions in group or individual work. For this purpose, suitable concepts and theories are to be selected and used to develop solutions. The competence to communicate and discuss proposed solutions for concrete problems is to be imparted.
