The module deals with the concepts and tools of human resource management - from demand planning and recruitment to development and downsizing.
Qualification Goals
Upon completion of the module, students will be able to,
(1) name different concepts and instruments from demand planning and personnel recruitment to personnel development and downsizing and explain how they work,
(2) apply the individual instruments of personnel management in practice, and
(3) apply the concepts to solve simple personnel strategy problems in case studies.

None.
