Contents
Students receive targeted support and individual guidance in working through the exercise problems for the lectures Linear Algebra I and Fundamentals of Mathematics. The focus is on the points in the editing process that students themselves describe as current problem areas and that make it difficult to solve the exercises. Such problem areas can arise, for example, when understanding mathematical notation or when writing down the solution to an exercise problem.
Qualification Goals
Students will have strategies for completing the practice problems for the Linear Algebra I and Foundations of Mathematics lectures. They understand the role of the practice problems in the development of their mathematical skills and use the comparison of different solutions to further develop their mathematical skills and problem-solving strategies.
Prerequisites
None.
Applicability
The module can be attended at FB12 in study program(s)
- B.Sc. Mathematics
- B.Sc. Business Mathematics
When studying B.Sc. Mathematics, this module must be completed in the study area Basic Modules in Mathematics.
The module can also be used in other study programs (export module).
The module is only available as part of the 7-semester Bachelor's degree program (extended study entry).
