Qualification Goals

Students will master the fundamentals of strategic technology management and innovation-oriented corporate management after participating in the module. A clear understanding of terms, models and explanatory approaches of strategic technology and innovation management as well as the innovation-economic framework conditions is conveyed. In addition, case study exercises accompanying the lectures enable students to develop their own technology and innovation strategies and to analyze the framework conditions and determinants of technology and innovation competition.
