Topics from the field of computer science. The special technical orientation of the seminar is determined by the lecturer.


Qualification Goals

Students are able to

  • to work independently on a special topic in business informatics,
  • to work independently and in an advanced scientific manner,
  • prepare and break down contexts in business informatics and supplement them with explanatory content,
  • to deal with scientific literature and its search,
  • to give a structured presentation tailored to the competencies of the audience,
  • to deal with presentation media in an advanced way,
  • lead structured discussions in groups about content from business informatics.

Prerequisites

None. Previous knowledge is recommended, depending on the subject of the seminar, but generally knowledge of the basic modules of computer science and mathematics.
