Contents

The module deals with quantitative empirical methods for management and organizational research. The module addresses the handling of management problems, the formation of hypotheses, as well as the choice of methods and their application. Furthermore, the implementation and interpretation of analyses and the necessary test procedures are presented.


Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • describe and explain different methods for empirical organizational and management research,
  • apply methods to solve specific problems in case studies and
  • analyze the suitability of certain methods for selected problems.
