Contents
This course provides knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation management and/or internationalization. Participants will learn how to develop innovative business ideas and position them successfully in global markets. The focus is on strategies for market analysis and the development of international networks. The aim is to promote the ability to scale up and innovate business models globally. Practical examples and interactive methods help to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of entrepreneurial activity.

Qualification Goals
After completing the module, students will be able to
- understand selected aspects of entrepreneurship, innovation and/or the internationalization of firms and
- apply the relevant concepts in the context of these aspects to solve simple problems in case studies.
