The human resources management cycle is taught, from requirements planning and recruitment to the development and separation of personnel: Personnel requirements planning; personnel recruitment; personnel selection; personnel controlling; personnel appraisal; personnel remuneration; personnel development; personnel retention; personnel downsizing


Qualification Goals

Students should be prepared for work in personnel management in companies and public institutions.

After completing the module, students will be able to

  • describe the individual functions of personnel management and
  • apply the instruments of personnel management in a practice-oriented manner.
