Changing topics in controlling, such as board and executive body remuneration, management impulses through KPIs in management and control systems, etc.


Qualification Goals

After completing the module, students are able to independently collect literature on selected controlling issues, evaluate it in group work and compare it with case study-based evidence and then present the results to a (specialist) audience.

The module prepares students for writing a Bachelor's thesis in the field of controlling/management accounting.
