The module deals with methods and techniques for identifying, structuring and analyzing strategic problems in companies and communicating their solutions.

Studierende sind nach Abschluss des Moduls in der Lage,

  • neuartige, komplexe Problemstellungen aus Fallstudien zu identifizieren, zu strukturieren und zu analysieren,
  • einen Lösungsansatz für vorliegende Probleme in Unternehmen über die Anwendung verschiedener Konzepte und Instrumente der Problemlösung zu entwickeln und
  • Problemlösungen zu kommunizieren, zu diskutieren und mit Feedback kritisch umzugehen.
