Contents

Economic analysis of legal rules and regulations are conducted. Different fields of law are considered, e.g., contract law, tort law, business law, consumer law, and other legal fields.


Qualification Goals

Students should be introduced to the methods of economic analysis of legal rules and be able to apply these in relation to various areas of law and regulation. The aim here is both a critical examination of concrete legal rules and regulations and the communication of a basic interdisciplinary understanding.
