  • zu beschreiben, wie rechtliche Regeln Anreize beeinflussen,
  • grundlegende Modelle der ökonomischen Analyse des Rechts zur Analyse spezifischer Probleme anzuwenden und
  • verschiedene rechtliche Lösungen für genau spezifizierte Sachverhalte zu bewerten.
