Fortran Subroutines:

ROWMAP uses the standard Basic Linear Algebra Subroutines Level 1 and 2. For convenience we supply these BLAS subprograms here (in double precision, from Netlib). However, for your platform probably exist special optimized versions of these routines. Link these for better performance.
