Qualification Goals

The international competitive strategy module provides students with an overview of essential concepts and tools of strategic management at the business unit level. The module begins with an overview of the key components of successful competitive strategies. It then introduces concepts and tools for strategic analysis, ensuring the sustainability of competitive strategies, and renewing competitive advantage. The module concludes with a brief overview of selected aspects of strategy implementation. The module is designed to be application-oriented. Therefore, concepts and tools are not only presented theoretically; rather, students are given the opportunity to apply them directly to case studies and exercises.
