We succesfully migrated from the obsolete versioning system CVS to Git, the state of the art versioning system for open source code. After the expiration of the DFG-SPP 1324 a lot of time has passed with no noticeable changes to the Wavelet and Multiscale Library which is still in its elementary stage. We want to change this! Therefore we hired one of our PhD students to work on this site. For the moment we will focus on the MSL (Marburg Software Library), a package of wavelet based C++ algortihms to solve PDE's. Our main goal is to give our readers an easy approach with as few obstacles as possible. A well understandable tutorial should be mandatory. On top of that we will provide our readers with a GUI (Graphical User Interface) for parts of the MSL, making it very easy to get a first impression.
