In diesem Studienbereich sind Module im Umfang von 18-21 LP zu absolvieren, so dass sich in Summe mit dem Bereich Mathematik Weiterführende Module 47 LP ergeben. Dabei ist mindestens ein Seminar zu belegen und höchstens ein Modul aus der Informatik („Inf“). Werden wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Module in diesem Bereich gewählt, kann ein Modul aus der BWL oder der VWL frei gewählt werden (BWL- oder VWL-Modul ohne oder mit "falschem" Kennzeichen); eventuelle weitere BWL- oder VWL-Module müssen dem gewählten Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Schwerpunkt entstammen (Accounting and Finance („AF“), Informations- und Innovationsmanagement („II“), Marktorientierte Unternehmensführung („MU“) oder Volkswirtschaftslehre („VWL“)).
